fresh. sustainable. local.
We operate an online store to meet our mission to provide the community of Salem access to local, sustainable, organic, natural, and affordable food and goods. The online store functions like a combination of a food club and a multi-farm CSA, allowing you to participate in wholesale purchases of bulk goods as well as buy fresh foods and goods from local producers.
All our profit goes toward opening a physical retail store so we can serve you seven days a week! We are opening a retail booth at Salem Public Market on Saturdays 8:30am to 2pm. We currently use the Salem Public Market for order pickups.
Check out our calendar for when order open, close, payment and pickup dates. In general, we strive to accommodate two fresh food orders from our producers and one bulk order from our vendors each month. Currently, our order and customer volume is low enough to where we can accommodate produce once a month, and sometimes must extend bulk orders past one month so they meet the minimum quantity to be delivered.
You can shop with us as an non-member. Become a member to enjoy additional benefits beyond the membership discount as part of their participation in the cooperative organization.
PLEASE NOTE: A one pound minimum is required for all orders except on herbs, spices or when completing an existing split.
We must also meet the following thresholds to order from
Hummingbird Wholesale: 200 lbs
Azure Standard: $550
We currently operate a food club through FoodClub.org. Join us as we purchase bulk orders and splits monthly through Azure Standard, Hummingbird Wholesale, Cafe Mam Coffees, and fresh produce from local producers as available. Bicycle delivery available upon request. To get started:
